Its architecture creates a diversity of spatial qualities both indoors and outdoors. Several of the house\u2019s fa?ades can be opened, so that the building becomes useful and usable from all sides. The will to grant the house with multiple specific situations and scenarios?creates a set of unique relations and connections. The spaces thus favor a multi-usage that range from intimate and individual to public and collective usages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7acb\u9762\u9075\u5faa\u5f53\u5730\u89c4\u8303\u5728\u5916\u90e8\u62b9\u6709\u7070\u6ce5\uff0c\u5185\u90e8\u4e5f\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u540c\u6837\u7684\u6750\u8d28\u548c\u8272\u5f69\u3002\u5ba4\u5185\u7cbe\u5236\u7684\u6728\u5934\u4f53\u91cf\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u697c\u677f\u548c\u5206\u533a\u95f4\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u89c6\u89c9\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u4e0a\u7684\u533a\u522b\u548c\u5bf9\u6bd4\u3002\u975e\u5e38\u4e25\u8c28\u800c\u719f\u7ec3\u5730\u65bd\u5de5\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u7ecf\u8fc7\u6df1\u601d\u719f\u8651\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\u3002\u4f4f\u5b85\u6fc0\u52a8\u4eba\u5fc3\u7684\u89e6\u89c9\u4f53\u9a8c\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u3001\u627f\u5305\u5546\u548c\u5ba2\u6237\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The facade is plastered in accordance with local regulations and the interior is also finished in the same material and colour. In contrast, a refined wooden volume creates visual and functional relationships between the different floors and areas of the building. The details are well-thought out and implemented with great care and skill.
